Bet365 agrees remediation plan with Austrac

Bet365 has agreed a remediation plan with Austrac following a compliance review. Austrac first raised concerns about Bet365’s anti-money-laundering processes in August 2022, and an external audit was mandated later that year.
The remediation plan follows that review and the mandated audit, and is focused on the AML issues Austrac flagged in 2022. The agreement with the regulator represents a formal step toward addressing the compliance concerns that prompted the audit and ongoing oversight.
