COVID 19 Update:
We follow the Nevada state and county recommendations. These recommendations can change weekly. We are currently required to reduce our capacity due to social distancing requirements. This means no more than 12 people in the trailer at a time. We request hands be washed or sanitized before entering the trailer. We clean and sanitize after every event, including but not limited to seats, door handles, controllers, floor and more.

How do I get the party invitations?
Downloadable invites in over 60 themed, ready to print formats, of either JPG (single image) or PDF (four to a sheet), are now available. Level Up Game Party, Mario, Minecraft themed and many more to choose from. Link to invites sent via the email provided at booking, after an event is approved and payment received.
How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?
Use the “Book Now” request to send in your date and times. Choose your date for a “Weekend” or “Weekday” type reservation. Pick your requested time next. Answer the questions, I.E. Name, Address, E-mail, Parking etc. This will send us a request for a booking. Once we check the parking and schedule we will confirm or contact you with any questions. A second e-mail will be sent to you after confirmation with a “Pay Now” button to pay and reserve your date.
How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. Our truck/trailer package is 55 feet long and needs to be parked at an area of little incline/decline preferred but not required. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church, pizza restaurant or parking lot! Will the kids know what to do?
Typically, for children aged 6 years and up, it is not an issue. That’s why we bring our Game Coach! The Game Coach helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!
Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives! What about bad weather?
We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive, we’ll be there! The use of the outside TV’s maybe limited dependent upon wind and precipitation.
What time should I make the party?
We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is at least a half-hour to an hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first and they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun! We do not charge by the number of guests.
Can I/Do I request certain games?
You can provide a game/s to play and we always bring the full game library to every event. Your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. Do I tip the Game Coach?
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking and receive the included invitations you must pay on line or arrange to drop your payment with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
What time will you be arriving?
The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of scheduled start time.
How can my organization raise funds through Level Up Curbside Gaming?
We can raise funds by being part of a “kids zone” at a large event or “primary attraction” at smaller events and either charging tickets to play in the Mobile Game Theater or accepting a wristband or tickets for timed play. Our “Backpack” option for schools, churches or non-profits is to hand out flyers and when a party is booked as a result, the organization receives $20 cash back, per booking, for fundraising. We will print the half-page, full color flyers and drop them off; all you have do is distribute them! No cost, no risk, no selling cookies or magazines! You can even do an e-mail blast!
